“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” – Fyrebrands Consumer Products Private Limited.
“You”, “Your”, “User”, “Visitor”, “Customer” – any natural or legal person accessing www.gameunctrl.com (the “Website”) or purchasing Products.
“Products” – goods offered for sale, including the UNCTRL Type-C Mobile Gaming Controller and accessories.
“Services” – customer support, warranty fulfilment, content, and any other features made available through the Website.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Using the Website or purchasing Products signifies acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy (Section II), and all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), and Consumer Protection Act 2019. If You disagree, please refrain from using the Website.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years or older and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act 1872. Minors may use the Website only under parental/guardian supervision.

5. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only upon issuance of a Shipping Confirmation email. Title and risk pass on delivery.
6. SHIPPING
Indicative timelines: 3‑7 business days (metro) and 5‑10 days (non‑metro). Delays caused by force‑majeure or carrier issues are beyond Our control.
7. RETURNS & WARRANTY
Returns/Replacement: 7‑day window for manufacturing defects.
Warranty: 12‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
